Penan Girls boarding School has been charge abused

Boarding School has been legalized to conduct appropriate program that could enhance children academically, physically, mentally and emotionally. Parents are having trusts to those Boarding Schools to take good care of their children while they are away from their care.
But suddenly another alleged news has come up that Penan girls are being sexually abused by logging company workers. Victims of rapes are those students who are having difficulty on rides back and fourth on their way to the very main School.
Students are said to be boarders in two-separated secondary boarding school and only could go back home in times of financial payment is needed. Many of the village leaders in the area have appealed that school should provide access of transportation for the students to prevent such incidents on sexually abused on the street, way back to their boarding school.
Since last year, a 16-year-old student has been pregnant after being raped while she is on her back to her boarding school at the vicinity. And recently she already gave birth. This incident has been done when she join for a ride of those company given transportation. And at the instance they had reached the logging camp, then the driver had refused to continue driving and she was then pulled to the bushes and the crime is then committed.
Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Mohmad Salleh has launched police investigations on the allegations of sexual abuse at the logging camp for Penan girls by the logging workers. Human Rights Commission, Women, Family and Community Develop-ment had promised to have their own investigation. For them, this is becoming a serious problem since there are victims who are having evidences that they are being abused sexually and immediate actions should be taken.
